Shipping and Delivery
Florovia ships to most countries worldwide.
Europe: dB Schenker
Outside Europe: UPS
Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is normally 2–8 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs and customs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
All prices include Swedish VAT (25 %), unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or failed delivery
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

If an order is returned to us uncollected, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional costs.
Pre-orders
Products marked as “pre-order” are not currently in stock and will be shipped once available.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and may change.

Payment for pre-order items is charged at the time the order is placed.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are shipped together unless otherwise stated.
If a delay becomes significant and the revised delivery time is no longer acceptable, you will be offered the option to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund.
Gift Cards

Florovia gift cards are delivered digitally by email.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the expiration date.
Purchases made with gift cards are subject to the same delivery, return and claim rules as other orders.
